Lemandarin Spritz

A perfect summer cocktail: dry, original and refreshing

Ingredients: 75 ml Prosecco DOC, 25 ml sparkling water, 40 ml Lemancello, ice cubes, 1 mint leaf, a touch of grated ginger, two half-slices of lemon or lime.

Instructions: Place the ice cubes, ginger and citrus slices in a cocktail glass. Add the Lemancello, top with Prosecco and a splash of sparkling water, and garnish with a mint leaf.

Ingredients: 4 cl Lemancello, 2 cl lemon juice, 1 cl elderflower syrup, 10 cl passion fruit juice, 2 cl Prosecco DOC brut.

Instructions: Add ice, Lemancello, elderflower syrup and passion fruit juice to a shaker. Shake well, then top with Prosecco.

A sweet and fruity cocktail with a slightly enchanting touch

A gourmet and original summer cocktail with Lemandarin

Ingredients: 75 ml Prosecco DOC, 25 ml sparkling water, 40 ml Lemandarin, ice cubes, 9 small rosemary leaves, two half-slices of mandarin.

Instructions: Place the ice, rosemary and mandarin slices in a cocktail glass. Add the Lemandarin, pour in the Prosecco and a splash of sparkling water, then garnish with mandarin zest.
