🇨🇭 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Seller's Identity

The website www.lemanspirit.ch is operated by Dandy Corporation SA, a Swiss company domiciled at:

2. Purpose

These GTC govern the sales of artisanal food products made via www.lemanspirit.ch. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions. Any deviation must be validated in writing via info@lemanspirit.ch.

3. Registration

The customer undertakes to provide complete and truthful data during registration and to protect their login details. Only one account is permitted per customer. Leman Spirit reserves the right to refuse a registration or an order.

4. Products Offered

  • Lemancello: Limoncello with organic Sicilian lemon zest, spring water, sugar and 96% organic Swiss alcohol.
  • Lemandarin: Mandarin digestif with organic Sicilian zest, spring water, sugar and 96% organic Swiss alcohol.

5. Prices and Discounts

  • Lemancello: CHF 36.90 — 10% for 6 bottles or more
  • Lemandarin: CHF 45.90 — 10% for 6 bottles or more

Prices include VAT (excluding shipping costs). Customs duties may apply outside Switzerland.

6. Order

Dandy Corporation SA may refuse an order in case of supply problems. Risks are transferred to the customer upon physical receipt.

7. Language and Conclusion of Contract

Contracts are concluded in French. Order confirmation constitutes a firm commitment.

8. Payment Methods

  • Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.
  • Apple Pay, Klarna (10% surcharge)
  • Payment from EU/Switzerland accounts only. Secure SSL transactions.

9. Availability

Offers valid while stocks last. In case of unavailability, the order is cancelled without debit.

10. Delivery

By Swiss Post.

  • CHF 10 for orders < CHF 100
  • Free for orders CHF 100 and above

11. Liability

The seller disclaims all liability for incorrect use, delivery delays, or damage due to third parties (transport, payment).

12. Warranty / Right of Withdrawal

No right of withdrawal according to Swiss law. Customer service is available for any complaints.

13. Intellectual Property

Content protected — any reproduction is prohibited without written authorization.

14. Personal Data

Processing in accordance with Swiss law. Data used only for order fulfillment.
