2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of artisanal food products through www.lemanspirit.ch. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these conditions. Any departure from them must be confirmed in writing via info@lemanspirit.ch.

3. Registration

The customer undertakes to provide complete and truthful information when registering and to protect their credentials. One account is allowed per customer. Leman Spirit reserves the right to refuse a registration or an order.

4. Products offered

  • Lemancello: lemon liqueur made with organic Sicilian lemon zest, spring water, sugar and 96% Swiss organic alcohol.
  • Lemandarin: mandarin liqueur made with organic Sicilian mandarin zest, spring water, sugar and 96% Swiss organic alcohol.

5. Prices and discounts

  • Lemancello: CHF 39.90 — 1 bottle
  • Lemandarin: CHF 39.90 — 1 bottle
  • Lemancello: CHF 199 — case of 6 bottles
  • Lemandarin: CHF 199 — case of 6 bottles
  • Coffret Prestige: CHF 75

Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Customs duties may apply outside Switzerland.

6. Orders

Dandy Corporation SA may refuse an order in the event of supply problems. Risk passes to the customer upon physical receipt.

7. Language and formation of the contract

Contracts are concluded in French. Order confirmation constitutes a binding commitment.

8. Payment methods

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and other authorised cards.
  • TWINT, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

9. Availability

Offers are valid while stocks last. If an item is unavailable, the order is cancelled without charge.

10. Delivery

We deliver within Switzerland only, via Swiss Post, from our workshop in Prilly. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total weight of the order and are shown before final confirmation.

  • Single bottles: CHF 9 per bottle, i.e. CHF 9 (1 bottle), CHF 18 (2), CHF 27 (3), CHF 36 (4) and CHF 45 (5 to 6 bottles).
  • Bottle orders from 9.6 kg: free delivery, up to 60 kg.
  • Cases of 6 bottles and Coffret Prestige: free delivery up to 60 kg, i.e. up to 6 cases.
  • Orders above 60 kg: CHF 84 (shipped in several parcels). Above 100 kg, an individual quote is issued on request at info@lemanspirit.ch.
  • Collection by appointment in Prilly: free, within 24 hours.

Preparation takes 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery times depend on Swiss Post and cannot be guaranteed by the seller. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer when the parcel is handed over. Alcohol is sold only to persons aged 18 or over, and proof of age may be required on delivery or collection.

11. Liability

The seller accepts no liability for improper use, delivery delays or damage caused by third parties (transport, payment providers).

12. Warranty / right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal under Swiss law. Customer service is available for any complaint.

13. Intellectual property

Content is protected — reproduction is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

14. Personal data

Data is processed in accordance with Swiss law and used solely to fulfil the order.
