Two ingredients. Two origins. An exceptional result.

The first: certified organic lemons, picked at full maturity
in Sicily — the region of the world whose citrus fruits are recognized as
the best on the planet. We directly import these exceptional lemons,
selected for their thick skin, their powerful aroma, and their essential oil of rare purity.

The second: organic Swiss alcohol. Not just any alcohol —
certified organic alcohol, produced in Switzerland, with a neutrality and quality
that give full expression to the citrus.

No coloring. No artificial flavoring. No additives of any kind.
Only the zest, the alcohol, and time.

Each lemon is hand-peeled in our workshop in Prilly, in the Canton of Vaud.
The zests macerate slowly until the alcohol has captured every aromatic nuance of the fruit.
Then comes the blending, then the bottling — always by hand.

The result: a clear and brilliant appearance. A fresh, lively, almost zesty lemon aroma.
A round, elegant, long finish on the palate.
The freshness of the Mediterranean in a Swiss glass.
